As an avid player, I have found out a couple of important lessons while gambling over the years. Whether you are partial to wagering at the ‘bricks and mortar’ type or the many net casinos. The following are my all important protocols of betting, most of which may be judged common sense, but if followed they will help you go a long way to leaving with a sense of enjoyment.
Rule 1: Go into a casino with a set sum that you are willing and can afford to use – How much would you spend for a night out on food, drinks, entrance charges and tips? This is a perfect value to use.
Rule two: Don’t take your credit card with you – or any means of drawing cash out. Don’t worry about cash for the cab if you burn it all; most cab operators, especially the taxis booked through casinos, will drive you to your house and shall be more than happy to wait for the moola when you get back.
Rule 3: Stay to your predetermined cap. I frequently think of what I’d love to buy if I profit. The preceding time I went, I decided I’d would love to purchase a new Media Player which retailed at $400, so that was my predetermined cap. As soon as I reached that value, I walked away. Just quit. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself approaches with you the next number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and say goodbye. Head out safe in the knowledge that you will be going into the mall and getting a nice brand-new toy!
Rule four: Have a good time. When you are "buzzing" you usually will succeed. It is a fact. I don’t know why, but it simply is. Just after it turns into a chore, or you are just betting to acquire money you have lost, you usually will give up even more. When you’re winning, having a wonderful experience with your buddies, or your girlfriend, you will profit even more.
