If you enjoy having a a beer occasionally, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and chequebooks at home. Pack only the cash you expect to spend on drinks, tips and whatever pocket change you anticipate to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not at all. Just realistic. You may well have a success following a drunken night out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute toss at a hot craps game. Don’t forget that story seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you always consume alcohol and wager. These activities simply do not go well together.
Keeping your moolah back at the hotel is a little bit dramatic, but defensive actions for drastic behavior is essential. If you gamble to win, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the no charge alcohol you are able to handle, but do not carry credit cards and checks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk head loses everything!
Allow me to carry this one step more. do not drink alcohol and then head on to the internet to gamble in your best-liked casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my condominium, however seeing that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and bet.
Why? Although I do not drink alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is clearly adequate to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. When mixed, both create an awful, and costly, drink.
